      Are you printing all the necessary notices?..

       There are six (6) notices that need to be printed:

  • Overdues

  • Hold pick-up only (your patrons' holds, pickup at your library)

  • Item paging slip (holds on specific item barcodes)

  • Title paging slip (holds placed wanting 'copy returned soonest')

  • Hold Cancellation (holds cancelled manually or by the system)

  • Bills (Bills to patrons for overdue materials not returned)

Items of Importance:

1. Lost & Paid form - Remember! Do not send change. Conceal all cash. Complete this form and send it along with check or money to owning library. A receipt from Millennium is also acceptable.

Table of agency location numbers - This table translates the checkout location number into the library name it represents.
